how to change eye color
first off get the picture you want to do this with

now i'm going to use the polygonal tool to go around her eyes
click here!now slowly draw around the colored part of the eye.
NOTE: do not select the pupil. simply go around it like i did.

feel free to zoom in as much as you'd like
now when you're done go to image >> adjustment >> hue/staturation
click here!now click the check box for colorize and preview on the bottom right
also you can change the HUE to whatever you'd like
